How we work
We work with organisations to develop high performance cultures through:
Accelerator Programmes
Working with cohorts of between 10-20 people, our focussed accelerator programmes develop disruptive thinkers who take challenge assumptions, critique current approaches and focus on creating high performance outcomes for their people and their teams.
Our three programmes focus on:
- Leadership
- Evolution
- Change
Each module lasts for 12 weeks and is delivered live for three hours each week by one of our senior team.
We work with organisations on one, two or all three modules, with each module designed to follow-on from the previous subject area.
Our Leadership module is proceeded by a deep-dive with the organisation, to understand the current state of play and the specific problems they are trying to solve through developing their people.
Strategic Consultancy
Research has evidenced that cultural change and transformation programmes fail for the following reasons:
- Unclear direction on strategy and values, creates conflicting priorities
- Senior executives not being committed to change
- A top-down leadership style, which prevents honest conversations about barriers and issues
- A lack of co-ordination across organisations, which leads to working in silos
- Inadequate amounts of time being spent on leadership
Through our psychology based, performance focussed approach, we work with senior teams on an in-depth and regular basis to solve these issues.
What we don’t do
We focus on approaching organisation and people development at a depth and approach that tears-up traditional approaches and delivers tangible change. We believe in only working in a way that delivers value and results.
As a result, we’re not the right organisation for you if you want us to:
- Facilitate an away day separate to our programmes
- Run a training programme you’ve designed
- Simply tick a box to say you’ve offered staff some development
We only work with people and organisations who want to invest in people, be relentless, and shoot for the moon.
